Meet Chef

Chef Paul Mosser has take a very different path than most fine dinning chefs. Working in restaurants since he was 16, he has worked his way up through kitchens and the front of the house as well. Although being largely self-taught, he has also worked side by side with several influential chefs in the area.

Living and working in Annapois and the surrounding areas for nearly 3 decades, Chef Mosser puts an emphasis on using local products including Chesapeake crab and rockfish, locally grown produce, and dairy products from Maryland farms. Utilizing the best ingredients the region offers, he creates food that is simple, yet refined and flavorful.

Chef Mosser is excited to show the regulars of Harry Browne's new ideas about food as well as bring in new customers to enjoy the Harry Browne's experience.

35th Anniversary

In honor of our 35th Anniversary, Harry Browne's will be offering a three course pre fix menu for $35.00.  The menu will change monthly and include a variety of appetizers, entrees and a house made dessert.
